Technical Information

New as of October 2009

If you can get on the internet but can't get email this is why..

The @milwol.com is no longer used for e-mail logon- only for dial-up.

Simply use the 1st part of your email address before the @milwol.com in your email program such as Outlook Express. Drop the @milwol.com.

The you@milwol.com is ONLY for dial-up logon now. Dial-up has a separate logon system for the e-mail system and needs the @milwol.com.

The password needed to logon to webmail is the same password needed to logon to POP3 e-mail. In other words, there is only one password for e-mail of any kind, so if the password is working for webmail, it will work for POP3 e-mail.

For XP dial-up setup use these reference screens.

Windows 98/ME setup info follows after this XP section. (click Windows 98/ME setup info to go there or scroll down)
