Billing period begins on the first day of service. All billing is in advance. Service starts when we receive payment in full for the desired period. Pre-payment for the next re-newel period must be received at least 15 days before your expiration date or your account will be scheduled to close on the last day of your billing period. It's free to re-activate but you may lose your e-mail address and any e-mails still on the mail server.

You may upgrade at any time by paying the additional amount due for the remaining period of time you signed up for. If you downgrade to a less costly service your service will be extended to use up your credit. No refunds except for cancellation.**

Milwaukee-Online.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone it deems unsuitable to accept or continue as a customer in our sole opinion. If we terminate your account for any reason including misconduct or misuse of your account we will issue a pro-rated refund at the end of the month your service was terminated. We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time we feel it is not in our best interest to continue servicing your account or for misconduct in our sole opinion.
